Your ticket was sent at the time of purchase to the email address used to order. Please run a search in your email inbox, and check your spam filter as well, or your “Promotions” tab in Gmail.
Tickets are sent from the email address email@example.com, and the subject line will include “Your eTicket for ConBravo! 2019“
If you are still unable to find your ticket after searching your inbox, you can request to have it re-sent to you using this handy form!
Please note that this is a manual process, not an automatic one, and will take some time. This form is monitored approximately once per week and tickets will be re-sent at that time. Don’t worry! All tickets will be sent out with plenty of time to spare before the convention! 😊
